MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO WISH TO OBSERVE THE MEETING AND/OR OFFER PUBLIC COMMENT CAN ATTEND IN PERSON OR ACCESS THE MEETING REMOTELY TO LISTEN TO AND/OR OBSERVE THE MEETING AND/OR OFFER PUBLIC COMMENT.
